Frequently asked questions

Is the skin analysis a medical diagnosis?

No. It is a cosmetic, visual reading of an ordinary photo, intended to guide product choice. It never diagnoses a condition, and it advises seeing a professional if something looks beyond cosmetic concern.

Do you store our customers' face images?

Not by default. The live try-on processes the camera feed entirely in the browser. For skin analysis, the photo is sent once for analysis and is not retained. History is only kept with explicit consent.

Can the experience match our brand identity?

Yes. Typography, colours, copy, product imagery and flows are configured for each brand. Our name does not appear to your customers unless you want it to.

How long does a deployment take?

It depends on catalogue size and integrations. A single-technology project is typically scoped in the first call; the timeline is written into the quote.

Which languages are supported?

Interfaces are delivered in English and French today, and the architecture accepts additional languages.
